  • Spring Onion
  • Dried Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Capsicum
  • Water
  • Corn Starch
  • Chilli Sauce


  1. Add 1 teaspoon of corn starch onto chicken and mix well.
  2. Heat wok over medium heat and add in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  3. Add dried chilli into wok and cook until colour darken.
  4. Add chicken and ginger into wok and stir fry with dried chilli.
  5. Add in capsicum and red onion into wok.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of Taiwan Three Cups Chicken Sauce and 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce into wok and mix well.
  7. Add water into wok and simmer until sauce thicken.
  8. Add spring onion into wok and stir fry lightly until spring onion is cook.
