Ingredients

  • Chef Papa - Sze Chuan Spicy Bean Paste
  • Tofu
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Spring Onion
  • Corn Starch
  • Water 50mL

Instructions

  1. Heat wok over medium heat and add in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add onion and ginger into wok and stir fry until golden brown.
  3. Add in minced chicken tight and break into small pieces.
  4. Add 2 tablespoon of Sze Chuan Spicy Bean Paste into wok and mix well.
  5. Add water into wok, follow by tofu mix gently.
  6. Lastly, add in spring onion.
