Ingredients
- Chef Papa - Sze Chuan Spicy Bean Paste
- Tofu
- Onion
- Ginger
- Spring Onion
- Corn Starch
- Water 50mL
Instructions
- Heat wok over medium heat and add in 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add onion and ginger into wok and stir fry until golden brown.
- Add in minced chicken tight and break into small pieces.
- Add 2 tablespoon of Sze Chuan Spicy Bean Paste into wok and mix well.
- Add water into wok, follow by tofu mix gently.
- Lastly, add in spring onion.
