Japanese Style Pan Fried Fish

Bring a taste of Japan to your kitchen with this Japanese Style Pan Fried Fish recipe. Perfectly seared fish, glazed with a delicious Japanese grill sauce, makes for an exquisite meal.

  • Chef Papa - Japanese Grill Sauce
  • Fish of your choice
  • Deep fried ginger


  1. Heat wok over medium-high heat, add oil into wok.
  2. Add egg into wok and quickly break into small pieces.
  3. Turn into low heat and carefully place fish into wok.
  4. Fry 1st side of fish for 4 mins.
  5. Flip fish and continue frying the other side for another 4 mins.
  6. Remove fish from heat and keep aside.
  7. Remove remaining oil from wok and clean wok with kitchen towel.
  8. Heat wok with medium heat and add 3 tablespoon of Japanese Grill Sauce into wok.
  9. Bring sauce to boil and remove sauce from heat.
  10. Lastly, pour sauce onto fish and garnish with deep fried ginger.
