  • Chef Papa - Black Beam Sauce
  • One whole chicken leg (chopped)
  • 150gm Bitter Gourd (sliced)
  • Carrot (sliced)
  • Red Onion (sliced)
  • Ginger (sliced)


  1. Blanch bitter gourd in boiling water 3mins.
  2. Heat up wok with 1.5 tablespoon oil.
  3. Stir fry ginger and chicken until golden brown.
  4. Put 1.5 tablespoon of Black Bean Sauce stir fry until well coated with chicken.
  5. Put 150ml water and slow fire braised until sauce thicken.
