  • Chef Papa - Hong Kong Style Steam Fish Sauce
  • Vege of your choice
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat wok over medium heat and add in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add garlic into wok and cook until garlic turn golden brown.
  3. Remove garlic from heat and keep aside.
  4. Bring water to boil and add in vege.
  5. Add in vege once water boiled and remove once cooked.
  6. Add adequate amount of Hong Kong Style Steam Fish Sauce on vege and garnish with garlic.
